04020.CH – Pictured here is a church in Ranson, WV. It had been built in the late 1970’s. The paster was also a Ranson City Council member as well as being the president of the re-chartered NAACP in 1963. In Ranson Circle there is a plaque in his honor. He had one of the first radio singing groups called The Baltimore Special on WEPM, which was a Martinsburg radio station.
